Support System
Hi there!
It's been a productive afternoon and we've created a brand new Support portal for our clients, harnessing the power of Drupal and some of its best Customer Relationship Management modules.
If you're a client, you should have already received a notification from us by now with your credentials required for accessing the website.
You can find the support system at http://support.greenbeedigital.com.au . Simply login with your credentials and start submitting tickets into our database for all your feature requests, bug reports, or questions. You can also use this system to view past and present invoices.
For ease of use, there's now also a link in our menu up above ^^ which will take you to the support system.
Of course, we are always available by e-mail at support@greenbeedigital.com.au or sales@greenbeedigital.com.au for any quote requests or financial queries or by phone, so this system is only a supplementary method of communication between yourselves and us. However, we do recommend the use of the support system to ensure that any requests you *do* have, are properly recorded in the database and can be tracked, so that there's no risk of being overlooked.
If you have any problems with the new support system, well, I can't ask you to submit a ticket :) so just give us a call or send an e-mail using the contact form on this website.
