Support system now running OpenAtrium
We've recently re-factored our Support system to use the excellent OpenAtrium intranet solution based on Drupal.
Clients now have their own Groups whereby one can submit support tickets, develop documentation and track events.
Coming soon: Ubercart functionality to allow for ease of renewal requests and other payments!
OpenAtrium is an incredible package that suits, as well as intranets, community-based hubs of information. At Green Bee, our community is our client base, so we hope to collaborate with you in easier ways than we ever have :)
Our OpenAtrium solution was deployed using our excellent Ægir hosting system. Read more about Ægir and why we use it.

Support System
Hi there!
It's been a productive afternoon and we've created a brand new Support portal for our clients, harnessing the power of Drupal and some of its best Customer Relationship Management modules.
If you're a client, you should have already received a notification from us by now with your credentials required for accessing the website.
You can find the support system at http://support.greenbeedigital.com.au . Simply login with your credentials and start submitting tickets into our database for all your feature requests, bug reports, or questions. You can also use this system to view past and present invoices.
For ease of use, there's now also a link in our menu up above ^^ which will take you to the support system.
Of course, we are always available by e-mail at support@greenbeedigital.com.au or sales@greenbeedigital.com.au for any quote requests or financial queries or by phone, so this system is only a supplementary method of communication between yourselves and us. However, we do recommend the use of the support system to ensure that any requests you *do* have, are properly recorded in the database and can be tracked, so that there's no risk of being overlooked.
If you have any problems with the new support system, well, I can't ask you to submit a ticket :) so just give us a call or send an e-mail using the contact form on this website.

Welcome to the first GreenBee studio blog post!
We're going to use this space to keep you up to date on all the latest goings-on in the beehive, all the latest projects we've been getting excited about, as well as the very hottest news from around the Drupal community.
Green Bee representatives have been fortunate enough to have been attending some of the monthly Drupal meet-and-greets in Australia of late, and you'll hear more about that soon too.
It's an exciting time in digital and in Drupal especially, as Drupal 6x becomes more adopted and its rich set of features implemented and enjoyed both by us and our clients.
